নিউক্লিয়াসের মডেল তৈরি

প্রোটোপ্লাজমের মধ্যে ভাসমান গোলাকার ঘন বস্তুটি নিউক্লিয়াস। নিউক্লিয়াস কোষের সকল শারীরবৃত্তীয় কাজ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। নবীন কোষে এদের অবস্থান কোষের কেন্দ্রে। পরিণত কোষে এদের স্থান পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। এরা গোলাকার তবে কখনও কখনও উপবৃত্তাকার বা নলাকার হতে পারে । কোনো কোনো কোষে নিউক্লিয়াস থাকে না। একটি নিউক্লিয়াস প্রধানত 

( ১ ) নিউক্লিয়ার মেমব্রেন 

( ২ ) নিউক্লিওপ্লাজম 

( ৩ ) ক্রোমাটিন তন্ত্র ও 

( ৪ ) নিউক্লিওলাস নিয়ে গঠিত। 

নিউক্লিয়ার মেমব্রেন: এটি নিউক্লিয়াসকে ঘিরে রাখে । এই আবরণী সাইটোপ্লাজম থেকে নিউক্লিয়াসের ভিতরের বস্তুগুলোকে আলাদা করে রাখে। একই সাথে এটি তরল পদার্থের চলাচল নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। 

নিউক্লিওপ্লাজম: নিউক্লিয়াসের ভিতরের তরল ও স্বচ্ছ পদার্থটিই নিউক্লিওপ্লাজম। এর মধ্যে ক্রোমাটিন তন্ত্র ও নিউক্লিওলাস থাকে।

নিউক্লিওলাস: নিউক্লিয়াসের ভিতরে বিন্দুর ন্যায় অতিক্ষুদ্র যে অঙ্গাণুটি ক্রোমাটিন তন্তুর সাথে লেগে থাকে , সেটিই নিউক্লিওলাস।
