b) What are the ingredients that are required to prepare the dish?

> 150ml sunflower oil, plus extra for the tin 

► 175g self-raising flour 

► 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

> 2 tbsp cocoa powder 

>1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 

► 150g caster, sugar 

> 2 tbsp golden syrup 

> 2 large eggs,

 lightly beaten 

> 150ml semi-skimmed milk For the icing 

>100g unsalted butter 

> 225g icing sugar 

> 40g cocoa powder

> 212 tbsp milk (a little more if needed) 

c) Write in detail about the process of preparing the dish.

Here are the details about the process of preparing the dish:

 

My STEP 1: Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan. Oil and line the base of two 18cm sandwich tins. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl. Add the caster sugar and mix well.

My STEP 2: Make a well in the center and add the golden syrup, eggs, sunflower oil and milk. Beat well with an electric whisk utile smooth.

My STEP 3: Pour the mixture into the two tins and bake for 25-30 mins until risen and firm to the touch. Remove from oven, leave to cool for 10 mins before turning out onto a cooling rack.

My STEP 4: To make the icing, beat the unsalted butter in a bowl until soft. Gradually sieve and beat in the icing sugar and cocoa powder, then butter in a bowl until soft. Gradually sieve and beat in the icing sugar and cocoa powder, then add enough of the milk to make the icing fluffy and spreadable.

My STEP 4:: Sandwich the two cakes together with the butter icing and cover the sides and the top of the cake with more mixing.

বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয়ের পাশাপাশি সাহিত্য কণিকা বই থেকে এবারের সংগ্রাম স্বাধীনতার সংগ্রাম’ রচনাটি পড়। রচনায় উল্লিখিত সালগুলাের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট ঘটনাবলিসহ একটি ফ্লোচার্ট তৈরি করাে। 

৭ই মার্চের ভাষণের গুরুত্ব ব্যাখ্যা করাে

এ ভাষণের মধ্য দিয়ে বাঙালি জাতি বিশ্ব ইতিহাসে নতুন এক শিকরে পৌঁছে যায়। ৭ মার্চ বঙ্গবন্ধুর উদ্দীপ্ত ঘোষণায় বাঙালি জাতি পেয়ে যায় স্বাধীনতা ও গেরিলাযুদ্ধের দিক-নির্দেশনা। এর পরই দেশের মুক্তিকামী মানুষ ঘরে ঘরে চূড়ান্ত লড়াইয়ের প্রস্তুতি নিতে শুরু করে। বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের এ বজ্র নিনাদে আসন্ন মহামুক্তির আনন্দে বাঙালি জাতি উজ্জীবিত হয়ে ওঠে। যুগ যুগ ধরে শোষিত-বঞ্চিত বাঙালি ইস্পাতকঠিন দৃঢ়তা নিয়ে এগিয়ে যায় কাঙ্ক্ষিত মুক্তির লক্ষ্যে। বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ মার্চের ভাষণে রাজনৈতিক দিক-নির্দেশনার পথ ধরেই ৯ মাসের রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধে লাখো প্রাণের বিনিময়ে বিশ্বমানচিত্রে আত্মপ্রকাশ করে স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম বাংলাদেশ। বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ মার্চের ভাষণের গুরুত্ব নিচে তুলে ধরা হলো :

১. গণতন্ত্রের ডাক : বঙ্গবন্ধু তার ১০৯৫ তথা ১১০৮ শব্দের ভাষণে গণতন্ত্র প্রতিষ্ঠা এবং দেশের শাসনতন্ত্র তৈরির আকুল আবেদন ও তীব্র আকাঙ্খা পেশ করেন। তিনি বলেন, ‘নির্বাচনের পর বাংলাদেশের মানুষ সম্পূর্ণভাবে আমাকে ও আওয়ামী লীগকে ভোট দেন। আমাদের ন্যাশনাল অ্যাসেম্বলি বসবে, আমরা সেখানে শাসনতন্ত্র তৈরি করবো এবং এ দেশকে আমরা গড়ে তুলবো’।গণতন্ত্র প্রতিষ্ঠায় তার এ ভাষণের গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম।

২. বৈষম্যের ইতিহাস উপস্থাপন : বঙ্গবন্ধু ভাষণের প্রথম পাকিস্তান আমলের দীর্ঘ তেইশ বছরের বৈষম্যমূলক ইতিহাস তুলে ধরেন। ১৯৪৭ সালে ভারতবর্ষ বিভক্তির মধ্য দিয়ে পাকিস্তান রাষ্ট্রের জন্ম হওয়ার পর থেকে পশ্চিম পাকিস্তান তৎকালীন পূর্ব পাকিস্তানকে শোষণ ও শাসন করতে থাকে, গড়ে ওঠে বৈষম্যের পাহাড়। সামরিক বাহিনীর তিনটি সদর দপ্তরই ছিল পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানে। সেনাবাহিনীতে ৯৫ ভাগই ছিল পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানি, অর্থনৈতি ক্ষেত্রে এ বৈষম্য ছিল আরও ব্যাপক।

৩. নির্যাতনের পর্ণাঙ্গ চিত্র : বঙ্গবন্ধুর ভাষণে বাঙালি জাতির ‍ওপর দীর্ঘ তেইশ বছরে যে নির্মম নির্যাতন চালানো হয়েছে তার চিত্র ফুটে উঠেছে। জাতির জনক তার ভাষণের তৃতীয় লাইনেই বলেন কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় আজ ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম রাজশাহী রংপুরে আমার ভাইয়ের রক্তে রাজপথ রঞ্জিত হয়েছে- তিনি ভাষণে পাকিস্তানী শাসকগোষ্ঠীর ২৩ বছরের শাসনামলকে বাংলার মানুষের রক্তের ইতিহাস হিসেবে উল্লেখ করেন।

৪. সংগ্রামী চেতনার ডাক : স্বায়ত্তশাসন ও স্বাধিকারের দাবিতে বাঙালি জাতি যে সংগ্রামের সূচনা করে আত্মাহুতি দেয় বঙ্গবন্ধু তার ভাষণে তা তুলে ধরেছেন। নানাদিক থেকে বঞ্চিত, নিপীড়িত, লাঞ্ছিত জনগণ তাদের দাবি মেনে নেয়ার জন্য আন্দোলন চালাতে থাকে। মৃত্যুর মুখেও নির্ভয়ে এগিয়ে যায় এবং রক্তে রঞ্জিত হয় রাজপথ। দেশকে মুক্ত করার জন্য জনগণ নিয়মতান্ত্রিক আন্দোলন চালালেও পাক সামরিক বাহিনী গুলি চালায় নিরীহ জনগণের ওপর। তবুও সংগ্রামী জনগণ পিছপা হয়নি।

 

৫. বাঙালি জাতীয়তাবাদ : বঙ্গবন্ধু তার ভাষণে বাঙালি জাতীয়তাবাদের চেতনা ফুটিয়ে তুলেছেন। তিনি বাঙালি জাতীয়তাবাদ প্রতিষ্ঠায় হিন্দু, মুসলমান, বাঙালি, অবাঙালি সবার কথাই বলেছেন। বঙ্গবন্ধু ৭ মার্চের ভাষণে বাঙালি জাতীয়তাবাদ যেভাবে ফুটিয়ে তুলেছেন, তা আজ পর্যন্ত বিশ্বের কোনো নেতা করতে পারেনি। তিন সেদিন সমগ্র বাঙালি জাতির মধ্যে একতার জলন্ত শিখার বিস্ফোরণ ঘটাতে সক্ষম হয়েছিলেন তার সম্মোহনী বক্তব্যের মাধ্যমে, যা পরবর্তীতে স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধের প্রধান হাতিয়ার হিসেবে কাজ করেছিল।

৬. গেরিলা যুদ্ধের নির্দেশনা : তিনি অস্ত্রে সজ্জিত পাকিস্তানি হানাদার বাহিনীর আক্রমণকে প্রতিহত করে বিজয় ছিনিয়ে আনতে যে কৌশল প্রয়োগের নির্দেশনার দিয়েছেন তা, খুবই গরুত্ববহ। তিনি বলেন, ‘প্রত্যেক ঘরে ঘরে দুর্গ গড়ে তোল, তোমাদের যা কিছু আছে তাই নিয়ে শত্রুর মোকাবিলা করতে হবে, রাস্তাঘাট যা যা আছে আমি যদি হুকুম দেবার না পারি তোমরা বন্ধ করে দেবে, আমরা ভাতে মারব, আমরা পানিতে মারব’।

০৭ . মুক্তি সংগ্রামের ঘোষণা : জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান ৭ মার্চের ভাষণে এই বলে মুক্তির সংগ্রাম ঘোষণা করেছিলেন যে, ‘এবারের সংগ্রাম মুক্তির সংগ্রাম, এবারের সংগ্রাম স্বাধীনতার সংগ্রাম’। তার এই নিষ্কম্প ঘোষণা বাঙালি জাতিকে মুক্তিযুদ্ধে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়তে প্রেরণা দিয়েছিল। জাতির উদ্দেশ্যে এই ছিল তার যুদ্ধপূর্ব শেষ ভাষণ। তাই এতে তিনি যুদ্ধের দিকনির্দেশনা দিয়ে পস্তুতির কথা বলেছিলেন। তখন বাঙালির হাতে কোনো অস্ত্র ছিল না। তাই যার যা আছে তা নিয়ে ঘরে ঘরে দুর্গ গড়ে তোলার আহ্বান জানান। তার এই সংগ্রাম ঘোষণায় যে পশ্চিমাদের অত্যাচার বৃদ্ধি পাবে তা তিনি ধারণা করেছিলেন। সেজন্য তৎকালীন হানাদার শাসকদের সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণ অসহযোগিতা প্রদর্শনের নির্দেশ দেন। তিনি তার অনন্য ভাষণে মুক্তিসংগ্রামের যৌক্তিকতা তুলে ধরেছিলেন।

উপসংহার : পরিশেষে বলা যায়, বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিব ১৯৭১ সালের ৭ মার্চ ঢাকার ঐতিহাসিক রেসকোর্স ময়দানে প্রায় ১০ লাখ জনতার সামনে যে তেজোদ্বীপ্ত জ্বালাময়ী কাব্যিক ভাষণ দিয়েছিলেন তা বাঙালির মনে আগুন ধরিয়ে দিয়েছিল। বাঙালিকে স্বাধীনতা লাভের জন্য উন্মত্ত করেছিল্ বাংলার মানুষ বর্ণ-গোত্র ও ধর্ম ভুলে গিয়ে দেশের জন্য হাসিমুখে জীবন দিতে শপথ করেছিল। ইউনেস্কো এ ভাষণকে পৃথিবীর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দালিলিক ঐতিহ্য হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়ার এর মাধুর্য, শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব ও গরুত্ব এবং বাঙালি জাতির সংগ্রামের ইতিহাস এখন পৃথিবীর নানা প্রান্তে-ছড়িয়ে বহু-ভাষী মানুষের মধ্যে ছড়িয়ে পড়বে। এটি এখন শুধু বাংলাদেশের নয় বরং সারা বিশ্বের সম্পদে পরিণত হয়েছে। বিশ্ব সংস্থার স্বীকৃতির মাধ্যমে বিশ্বব্যাপী গবেষণা হবে, বিশেষ করে জ্ঞানান্বেষী তরুণ সমাজের মনে এটি স্থান পাবে।
