How To Index A Blog Post Search Engine Quickly?

Index Blog Post Faster

A blog post cannot be expected to get visitors from the search engine in any way until it is indexed in the search engine. The sooner your blog post is indexed by other search engines including Google, the sooner your blog will be able to get organic traffic from search engines.

After sharing a new post on a blog, the longer the post takes to be indexed, the later visitors will find your post. In this case, if it is a news-type blog, the post will become old before the visitor finds your post. As a result, your post will be left without visitors.

In today's post, we will focus more on how to quickly index the post in the Google search engine. Because if you can only grow traffic from Google search engine, you will get success easily. We will also show you how to quickly index a blog post on Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, DuckDuckGo, and other search engines.

What is Search Engine Index?

Indexing is the process of storing information across the Internet in a search engine database. The index is the last step in the process of collecting data in search engines. Normally, search engines perform indexing work by indexing the search rank of a web page in order to know more thoroughly about the article/information of a web page and analyze the quality of that web page after completing all the processes of storing their data in the database. Stays.

But these whole things are not done by any human being. The whole process is done by Google Bot / Robot. Google bot is a kind of software. We will discuss this later in the post. Because in order to get a complete idea about the index, you need to know about the previous steps of indexing.

How does Search Engine Index work?

As I said before, if you want to know about Index and get the blog post indexed quickly, you need to know the whole process of Indexing. Otherwise, a blogger will not understand the importance and necessity of indexing. Most new bloggers avoid this topic due to a lack of knowledge about indexes, so they can't grow traffic from search engines in a short time.

If you look closely at the image above, you will understand the process of Indexing. Below we will simply analyze the process of the above picture for the convenience of everyone.

What is crawling?

A search engine crawler is a kind of software. Google has named it to search engine bot, robot, and spider. This crawler or bot constantly collects information by visiting the links of all new and old blogs/websites online. A crawler is basically a software that collects initial ideas about different blogs from being online.

Search engine web crawlers first visit a blog and get an idea of the entire article and content of the post. It then analyzes and sends the posts to the Data Store Center for indexing. The Google bot re-scans a post thoroughly with a detailed idea of the post, determines its search ranking, and ranks it in the data center.

Lastly, when someone enters a keyword and searches the search engine, the search engine consistently shows the ranked posts of the searched keyword from their database in the search results. Google analyzes many types of ranking factors in order to perform a continuous process of showing a post on a search engine results page. Analyzes all the facts and shows the searcher consistently on the result page of the most accurate, suitable, and good quality post search engine.

Why is it necessary to index a blog?

The simple answer to this question is that if you want to increase the number of visitors by showing on the result page of your blog search engine, then of course you need an Index. I have said before that search engines will not store your posts in their database without an index.

And if there is no post or information about your blog in the search engine database, you can't expect to get traffic from search engines. Indexing has no alternative but to introduce a new blog to search engines. As you can see in the image below, a new post from my blog crawled and indexed in just 35 minutes and reached Google search engine.

How to Index Blog Posts Quickly?

There are many factors that can quickly crawl and index a new post on a blog/website. If you can increase the crawling rate of your blog, new posts will be indexed very quickly and become visible in search engines. We will discuss at the end of this post how to find out the crawling rate of your blog. Before that let's learn how to quickly crawl and index a post.

1. Submit blog to Google Search Console

Google Search Console is a very useful tool for introducing a new blog and blog post to the Google search engine. By submitting a sitemap of your blog to Google Search Console, Google will get an idea of your blog very easily and at the same time, Google Bot will quickly crawl and index your blog.

In addition to Google, every search engine has tools to submit sitemaps. You must submit your blog sitemap to all search engines. Be sure to submit your sitemap to Google, Yahoo, and Bing Webmaster Tools for your blog post to be quickly indexed by search engines. There are two separate posts on our blog about submitting a blog to Google search engine and submitting Sitemap to Yahoo and Bing search engine. To submit a sitemap for your blog, you must look at the two posts and take effective steps.

2. Good quality content

The prerequisite for a blog post to be indexed quickly is to write good quality unique articles. When you write content, keep in mind that your content should not only be indexed by search engines, but also quality articles to retain readers. There are many people who post articles just by doing keyword research. If they post articles by doing keyword research, more visitors will come and they will get a good ranking in search engines.

In fact, it is a wrong decision. You need to remember that the purpose of your blogging is not just to increase traffic. Your goal is to always have readers on all levels of the blog. So that visitors visit your blog again and again to read. When you write good quality articles and visitors will read your blog post more than search engine bots will crawl your post and index it very quickly.

3. Publish regular posts

Increasing the crawling rate of a blog is very effective in publishing regular posts in order to get the posts indexed very quickly. If you can publish one post per day, then search engine bots will visit your blog at least once a day and come to your blog to index your new posts.

By sharing one or two posts a month on your blog, you will not be able to increase the crawling rate of the blog in any way. If you share a post with such a long time gap, search engines will take a long time to index your post. However, you can increase the crawling and indexing rate by sharing 2-3 posts per week.

In this case, you need to share the post maintaining continuity. If you share 3 posts in the first three days of the week and share the post after 4-5 days without posting in the remaining days, you will not get good results.

In case of sharing 3 posts per week, publish the posts every 1 day or every 2 days. Then the search engine bot will visit the blog at the scheduled time after getting an idea about your posting gap and will index the post.

4. Increasing backlinks:

If you can create backlinks of your blog with a good quality blog, any new post of your blog will be indexed very fast. Because search engine bots always visit good quality blogs.

In this case, search engine bot when you visit a blog post, if you find any URL of your blog linked to that blog, it will throw the link of your blog from that blog to your post and the post will be indexed quickly.

For example, you can create backlinks by commenting on some good-quality websites related to the topic of your blog. This increases the chances of getting visitors to your blog from the desired website through that link.

Older posts on your blog that have been indexed by search engines and posts that are getting more traffic can also be quickly indexed by creating an internal backlink to the new post. There are other ways you can increase the backlinks of your blog. E.g.-

  • Guest Posting
  • Blog Commenting
  • Forums Posting
  • Interlink Blog Posts
  • Submit RSS feed to RSS Directories
  • Write Awesome content and others will love to link back

5. Social Networking:

For some time now, social networking has been an important part of search engine optimization. After any post, you can share your post on community pages or groups of different social networks. As a result, your post will easily reach many visitors and visitors will also understand that it is a new post.

In addition to some social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, there are several other sites that Google always indexes. Sharing these makes it easier for Google Search Engine to find your link.

6. Website Speed Increase:

Recently, Google has been focusing on this issue. Because as technology advances, so do human needs and tastes. Once upon a time, there were very few online blogs so people would visit any blog to cater to their needs, but recently due to the huge increase in the number of online blogs people are getting all the information they need online.

In this case, a visitor does not want to visit a slow-moving website in any way. Considering that the search engine crawls a blog after it does not index easily if the speed is not good. So to increase the crawling and indexing rate of the blog, you must check whether the load time of the blog is correct or not.

7. AMP Optimization:

AMP HTML is an open-source project supported by Google, which helps a website's content to load faster on any type of mobile device. AMP is capable of loading any website like a fast bullet into a mobile device. Google has announced itself as a big fact for AMP Mobile-First Index Google Ranking.

Google recently created a separate bot for the mobile version only, which indexes posts separately for mobile-only. For that, in the case of the mobile version, in order to index the post quickly, you must optimize your blog/website with AMP with Responsive for Mobile.

8. Updating old post:

Recently, Google itself has said that they value new posts more than old ones. They also say that Google pays close attention to when old posts are being re-updated or re-written. In this case, if your blog has very old posts and they do not have visitors, Google will delete them from their indexed data. As a result, your old posts will not be able to rank in search engines.

9. Pinging site:

Pinging is commonly used to alert spiders/crawlers/indexers and to enable Google to quickly index when a page is updated or if a new post is made. In a word, Ping is used so that Google can quickly index the newly posted backlinks. There are many free pinging websites on the internet that you can use very easily if you wish. One of the most popular free Pinging websites is Ping-O-Matic. You can use this site effortlessly.
