Eligibility for recruitment of Sailors and MOOCs
1. DE / UC (Seaman, Communication, and Technical) Branch: SSC / Equivalent, Science Department 3. 50 (minimum). Preference will be given to those who have higher mathematics in SSC examination and have A-grade from BN Dockyard Co-operative Society Technical Institute.
2. Medical Branch: SSC (Science) with Biology / equivalent GPA 3.5 (Minimum).
3. Petrolman, Writer, Store & MODC (Navy): SSC / equivalent GPA-3.0 (Minimum).
4. Cook & Steward Branch: SSC / Equivalent GPA 2.5 (Minimum).
5. Topas: 8th class pass.
Physical fitness
- Semen (male) height 5-6 inches, chest size (30-32) inches
- Patrolman's height is 5-6 inches, chest size (30-32) inches
- For other branches (Communication & Technical, Medical, Writer, Store, Cook, Steward & Topas Height 5-4 Inches, Chest Size (30-32) Inches (Male) And Height 5-2 Inches, Chest Size (28-30) Inches (female)
- MODC (Navy) (Male) Height 5-6 inches
Age and other qualifications
- Age range 18-22 years (as of 1 July 2022)
- It is compulsory to know how to swim.
- Must be unmarried. However, divorce is not acceptable.
Salary and other benefits
According to the salary scale of the Armed Forces, the monthly salary and other allowances and other government benefits will be provided to the recruits.
