Application form filling procedure:
Online application form and examination fee submission start date: 05 May 2021, from 10:00 am and last time on 25 May 2021 at 5:00 pm. Applications can be filled online during this period. To apply online,

2. After entering the link, click on the "Apply Now" button on the web page displayed on your screen.
3. Fill in the blanks with the correct information.
4. In the online application form, the candidate should scan his signature (length 300 X width 60 pixels) and color picture (length 300 X width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place.
Note: Since the information filled in the application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before sending the application. And the candidate will save a print copy of the completed application form online as an aid for any requirement related to the examination.
Application fee payment method:
After completing the application form online, uploading the photo and signature in the instruction form, and submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Upon completion of the application, the candidate will receive a User ID, a photo, and a signed Applicant's copy. The candidate will print or download the application and save it.
